Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on January 4 and January 5, 2024 found that Advanced Home Health Care Specialists, Inc. had corrected the deficiency cited under 28 PA Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on November 8, 2023.
